I've had many Brides to Be and Wedding Event Planners ask about where to Purchase an Easel or what size Easel would fit this particular Baroque Chalkboard! Now don't get me wrong, I love the way a Grand Menu Board or Seating Chart looks on an Easel....but just wanted to give everyone another options. So I (and my hubby who built the attached stand) came up with a solution....Self Standing Wedding Chalkboards! Best thing is there is no Easel to carry around and the Chalkboard can Stand or Hang Horizontal....both options attached to back. Just think...use it at your Wedding, then turn it horizontal and hang it in your home for years to come! Oh....the Sweet Notes Newlyweds could Leave each other. Dez is a full-time mother, military wife and nurse...but somehow finds the time to create such original and whimsical designs. She dabbled in calligraphy as a teen and later became facinated with beautiful fonts and print. Needless to say, years later with the encouragement of friends and family, Papercandee was created!

It all began with a request...Colleen contacted me wanting a beautiful chalkboard for her wedding. I found this beautiful frame, not listed for sale, still sitting in my workshop. I sent her a picture explaining that I definetly "Have the frame for you!" She agreed, and it was made. I have only found one frame like this since her purchase....oh, how I wish I could find more!
